These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our online platform and the services we provide, including the ordering of speciality cakes, bespoke celebration cakes, French pastries, seasonal desserts, frozen dessert creations, hot beverages, and catering services. All products are subject to availability and may vary in appearance from images presented on our site due to the handcrafted nature of our offerings.
3. Ordering and Payment
- Placing an Order: Orders can be placed through our online platform or by contacting us directly. For bespoke or catering orders, a consultation may be required.
- Pricing: All prices are listed in GBP and are subject to change without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time of order placement will be honoured.
- Payment: Full payment is required at the time of order for most products. For larger bespoke orders or catering services, a deposit may be stipulated, with the balance due before collection or delivery. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our site.

Cancellations and Amendments:
- Amendments or cancellations for standard orders must be requested at least 48 hours before collection/delivery time.
- For bespoke cakes and catering services, specific cancellation policies will be outlined in your individual agreement/quote.
- Refunds for cancellations are at our discretion and may be subject to administrative fees or based on the work already undertaken.
4. Allergens and Dietary Information
Our products are prepared in a kitchen where allergens, including but not limited to nuts, peanuts, gluten, dairy, eggs, and soya, are present. While we take every precaution to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any product is entirely free from traces of allergens. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of ordering. We do not offer products for severe or life-threatening allergies due to the risk of cross-contamination.
5. Collection and Delivery
- Collection: Orders can be collected from our premises at 79 Braehead Lane, Unit 3A, Glasgow, Scotland, G44 5BX, during our specified operating hours. Please bring your order confirmation.
- Delivery: Delivery services may be available within specific areas and are subject to an additional charge. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed due to external factors. Once a product has been delivered or collected, Permafrost Patisserie is not responsible for any damage or deterioration.
6. Product Care and Storage
To ensure the best quality, our products should be stored and handled according to the specific instructions provided at the time of purchase. Permafrost Patisserie is not responsible for products that have deteriorated due to improper storage or handling after collection or delivery.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and branding on our online platform and products, including logos, images, and recipes, are the intellectual property of Permafrost Patisserie. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Permafrost Patisserie will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on our services; (iii) any content obtained from our services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
